DAS-TMfilter test run on the TM-set
Here you can find the results of a collection of 128 well characterised
integral TM-protein (the TM-set) submitted to the DAS-TMfilter server. The
set is selected according to Steffen Moeller, Evgenia V.
Kriventseva and Rolf Apweiler: A collection of well characterised integral
membrane proteins, 2000, Bioinformatics, vol. 16, no. 12
On the last column of the long output the sections of the proteins are
marked by the "<<TM-rep" string at the locations of
the TM-segments according to the annotations of the database. The result
presents the relation between the reported TM-segments and the cores
detected by the DAS-TMfilter tool.
Please note: most of the reported segments are
results of indirect experiments.
